Mr. Bond's practice focuses on business entities and transactions, civil rights and commercial litigation, municipal bonds and tax-exempt financing, and real estate and commercial lending.  His mixed skill-set of transactional and litigation experience has ideally fashioned him to serve as General Counsel for several small to medium sized businesses in the DC Metropolitan Area. 

Johnnie D. Bond, Jr. received a B.S. in Mathematics from Tennessee State University and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee, College of Law.   Mr. Bond is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the State of Tennessee, and before the United States District Court of the District of Columbia.  Mr. Bond is an active member of the National Bar Association, Washington Bar Association, DC Bar Association, American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and Sigma Delta Tau Legal Fraternity.  Mr. Bond currently serves as the chair of the Washington Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. 

Mr. Bond faithfully serves his hometown community as a founding member and president of the Whites Creek High School Alumni Association, which was organized to help the school achieve academic excellence and attain broad community support. Mr. Bond has been published in the University Of Tennessee Journal of Business Law and the Ethiopian American Magazine.
