Tony Mensah is an expert in areas of development and legal management for businesses. He primarily works with start up and small to mid size businesses although he has also served as outside counsel on contracts matters for several Fortune 500 firms. Mr. Mensah has drafted, reviewed and litigated hundreds of contracts relating to numerous issues. He is also the architect in development of the law firm of Mensah, Butler & Dzubow and its predecessor firm Mensah Law Offices. As the firms only Managing Partner since its inception he has taken the practice from start up to a developing mid size firm in a less then five years.

Mr. Mensah is an established and trusted estate planning counsel to numerous clients in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has also worked with the wealth management and trust departments of several of the top local financial institutions and is consistently called upon to assist their teams with developing comprehensive plans for their clients.

Tony Mensah is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and New York. Mr. Mensah is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Bar Association for the District of Columbia, and the Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He received his Juris Doctor from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. He received his Bachelors Degree in Political Science / Pre-Law from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, an Honors University in Maryland.

Prior to forming Mensah Law Offices, the predecessor to Mensah, Butler & Dzubow, PLLC, Mr. Mensah worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the Corporate Affairs section. He also worked with focus organizations, such as Wall Street / Push to help developing companies with legal compliance and business development issues. Mr. Mensah also served as Vice President of Operations for Gold Coast Financial Corporation, a small financial and technology service company.
